Job Description/Responsibility

  • Implement segment strategy, perform strategic activities & support / guide local sales team
  • Lobby / specify with strategic Water Treatment accounts and coordinate regional / global projects
  • Achieve yearly Water Treatment sales growth target within the country
  • Identify potential opportunities / threats, communicate to the management team and translate into business growth initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the pains and gains of all influencers & decision makers in the water industry, (owners, EPC’s , OEM's , engineering design companies, etc.).
  • Review product & services value propositions proposed by global teams and fine-tune to best suit the local market.
  • Define go-to-market strategies & sales targets for the water segment in the country. Get the buy-in within the country, monitor implementation progress and execute the agreed strategic initiatives.
  • Support / guide the local sales force  (in coordination with the local MD and sales director) for sales activities within the Water segment.
  • Ensure that the sales force is trained to the required level of  Segment Mastery.

Skills Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years experience in Sales, Product Management or Business development in the Water treatment industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an inclusive personality, to work with both internal and external stake holders.
  • Good understanding of the pains and gains of all influencers & decision makers in the water industry, (owners, EPC’s , OEM's , engineering design companies, etc.).
