Job Description/Responsibility

  • At Aspire Lifestyles we pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable moments that our customers will talk about for years to come. We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented Customer Service Specialists to join our Lifestyle Concierge Team. 
  • Our dedicated Lifestyle Concierge professionals assist our premium Australian clientele for all their concierge needs.  No request is too big or too small, our services range from fine dining, concert bookings, through to organising special events, 5 star accommodation requests and luxury item purchases.  This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in customer service.
  • Our operations are available 24/7 and our concierges work on a 7 day rotating roster to deliver premium customer service solutions to our high net worth clientele. Rosters are prepared 4 weeks in advanced, with a mixture of day and night rotations: Day Rotations – 8 shifts / fortnight. Night Rotations – 7 shifts / fortnight.

  • Outstanding customer service standards consistently impressing customers with your passion and enthusiasm
  • Current knowledge of restaurants, accommodation, landmarks, attractions, events and what's currently trendy in Sydney

  • The ability to deliver the best possible experience to all clientele through a "Can do" attitude
  • The ability to think creatively to source solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Available to work a 24/7 roster
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residents only
