In-Charge, MIS and Monitoring

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the design of overall monitoring and evaluation process of the Humanitarian Crisis Management Project and prepare work plans and M&E budget
  • Supervise to the development of monitoring and MIS tools/ reporting formats and ensure timely and accurate reporting as per guideline
  • Manage & strengthen reporting channel, recording and reporting system, and preservation of data/ report for periodic monitoring of programme areas
  • Ensure Logistics MIS (LMIS) recording and reporting system along with preservation of data/ report and ensure central monthly inventory report with proper documentation
  • Ensure implementation of the surveillance system (i.e. data collection, reporting and feedback)
  • Coordinate the implementation of project activities with transparency and accountability through regular monitoring & supervision; analyse the target vs. achievement scenario and resource mobilisation
  • Prepare periodic departmental & donor reports
  • Ensure capacity development of concern staff

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in MIS/ CSE or any other related subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ of professional experience in related field

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge on monitoring and its techniques
  • In-depth computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SPSS
  • Strong willingness to visit field frequently and able to work under pressure
  • Strong strategic and people management skills
  • Excellent skills in report writing and presentation
  • Strong team building skills with gender friendly attitude
  • Excellent analytical ability and able to perform assigned tasks independently

Age Range: Maximum 40 years

Salary Range: Negotiable
