Head of Leadership Academy

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Introduce leadership development initiatives/education
  • Set vision for leadership development model integrating on-the-ground learning, coaching, and cohort -based training programs. 
  • Supervising overall Performance Management System activities. 
  • Leading group workshops and coaching individual rising leaders in required arena 
  • Act as a mentor of leadership academy 
  • Create opportunities of talent hunt, nurture and develop leadership traits to retain
  • Employ advanced communication, psychology, expert body language and massive shifts in mindset
  • Demonstrate thought-leadership to define organizational approach and content in management and leadership 
  • Ensure full implementation of leadership development initiatives
  • Design, implement and participate in appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) relate to leadership development both in and outside of BRAC.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor / Masters in Public Administration / Psychology / Management/Development Studies from any recognised university with minimum all second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable.

Experience Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources including 5 year hands-on experience in Human Capital Development (HCD), Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management, Performance Management Process, Mentoring, Coaching, Counseling, and Training & Development (T&D). Certification on coaching, counseling, mentoring is preferable.

Age Range: Maximum 45 years

Salary Range: Negotiable
