Job Description/Responsibility
- Provide all types of mechanical supports to garments manufacturing unit.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures for the plant and machineries of garments.
- Sound knowledge on PPE
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plan in consultation with the garments department. Keep the repair and maintenance cost within the budget.
- Sound knowledge on compliance requirements regarding electrical safety, Fire safety.
- Efficient in performing preventive, breakdown, schedule maintenance.
- Responsible for make project profile based on the criteria green and energy saving concept.
- To lead and guide the engineering & development team to get the project / job done within the stipulated time.
- Have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per compliance for garments mechanical part.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Capable for fault findings and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
- Ability to lead and manage garments maintenance section independently.
- Maintain computerized and necessary documented information for all transformation.
- Maintain proper label confidentiality appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
- Bound by the terms and condition, polices, rule and regulations of SETL or any new terms & conditions, polices, rules and regulations that become in future.
- These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation.

- BSC/ Diploma in Mechanic.
Skills Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 year(s)
- BSC in Mechanical with 6-7 Years' experience
- Diploma Mechanical with 10-12 Years' experience
- Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Smart in situation handling.
- Presentable, target oriented, good communicator, willing to develop career in direct sales and self-confident.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Basic computer skills with specialization in MS office applications.
- Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
