Job Context
Job Description/Responsibility
- Processing sales transactions
- Calculating the cost of products or Services
- Accepting payments
- Calculating and returning change when required by the payment method
- Maintaining adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and requesting the additional change
- Answering customer questions about products or services
- Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts
- Knowing the services provided by the organization.
- Explaining preparation, delivery time, cost, etc. of the tests (if any) prior to preparing receipt.
- Taking money and giving the location of the sample collection room / prescribed test room.
- Offering Salam/Namaste/Thanks/Good wishes to patients or patients’ attendants before leaving the desk.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors in Accounting,Fisheries.
Experience Requirements
No experience is required.
