Job Description/Responsibility

  • Applicants should possess a Master's degree or above and at least 1 year's post-qualification work experience. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.   The appointee will work for an EDB-commissioned project on supporting the learning and teaching of mathematics for non-Chinese speaking students in primary schools.  He/She will support the project team to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the project.  Main duties include supporting the design and writing of the learning and teaching materials; designing and managing the online platform for the participating schools; video-shooting of selected lessons; editing video-clips; preparing the transcripts of selected segments of the lessons or interviews with students/teachers; collecting and analysing data on various components of the project; and supporting the Project Manager at different stages of data analyses and evaluation.
