  • Led by a new, enthusiastic and inspirational Talent Director; the Talent Acquisition Team is reshaping, reforming and realigning to be positioned to attract, source and shape the RMIT Academic and Non- Academic staff of tomorrow.

  • A senior management role focused on identifying and engaging a stellar cast of prestigious, award winning, Executive Level Specialists, Academics and Support Talent both nationally and internationally to gain the recognition in the market for RMIT as the best place to educate, teach, mentor, work and continue to learn and develop both professionally and personally.

Experience Requirements

  • Relevant experience as an Executive recruiter in the Tertiary sector OR similar level experience in a complex multi-disciplinary environment. Tertiary qualified in HR, Business or related area.
