Job Description/Responsibility

  • Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) and prepare TNA report
  • Prepare yearly Training Calendar based on organizational needs
  • Design and prepare appropriate training materials
  • Prepare Training and Development Budget in consultation with Head of Dept.
  • Organize and facilitate training as per Training Calendar
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training program after a certain period.
  • Assist to prepare KPIs for all employees and Departments in accordance with corporate objectives
  • Perform to measure KPIs with respective Head of Department & Line Managers.
  • Prepare monthly training report and submit.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Training & Development, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

Education Requirements

  • MBA in HRM
  • Having PGDHRM is preferable
