Job Description/Responsibility

Looking for an agency to take you to the next level? Based on the Upper North Shore of Sydney, our client is the largest independent agency specializing in property sales and leasing for over 50 years strong. As a multiple office network with a reputation as a 'force to be reckoned with', this is a Property Management division of close to 15 staff, with the structure, progression and scope to ensure your career reaches full potential. Currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team, this is an opportunity for an energetic, driven and proven performer.

The Role:
With an office culture that is second to none, this is a Monday - Friday that will see you responsible for managing a great portfolio of approximately 250 properties (mixed retail, office and industrial spaces). You will be responsible for:
  • Managing a portfolio of 250 local commercial properties
  • Liaising with both tenants and landlords
  • Daily follow up of rental arrears
  • Invoicing of tenants (including outgoings) and arrears control
  • Maintenance issues and follow up
  • Condition reports and routines
  • Annual rent increases & market rent reviews

The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in Commercial Property Management  
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car & Drivers License
  • You will be immaculately presented 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
