Currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join a boutique office, this is a fantastic position to become the 2IC to a fantastic Director.

Experience Requirements

Skills and Experience:
  • Previous Property Management  Experience 
  • A current certificate of Registration & driver's license 
  • High level of professionalism
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills

Skills Requirements

The Role:
Monday - Friday, you will be involved in managing a small, neat and local portfolio of 180 properties all located in Randwick, Coogee, Clovelly and surroundings, With a dedicated Leading Consultant for your support, you will be responsible for:
  • Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 180 properties
  • Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting repairs and maintenances
  • Rental arrears management
  • Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
  • NO accounts and NO Leasing
