Your New Company
Hays Office Support are working with organisations across Public and Private Sectors who are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary’s for temporary assignments.

Your new role
As a Legal Secretary, you’ll will be providing high level support to Senior Lawyers. You'll be required to complete duties such as:

  • Provide a high level of executive and administrative support
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Diary management, booking appointments and monitoring calendars
  • Assist with the editing and quality management of all documents
  • Preparing various correspondence and data entry
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Skills Requirements

As the successful candidate, you’ll have previous experience as a Legal Secretary. You’ll be systems savvy, and have the ability to come in and hit the ground running. Along with the above you'll also have the;

  • Ability to work well under pressure, balancing competing demands and interruptions.
  • Established record in producing high quality written correspondence, diary management, minutes and presentations to a professional standard.
  • Strong knowledge across software packages including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn in-house systems quickly.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • A consistently pleasant and friendly phone manner
  • The ability to work autonomously and have a proactive nature.
