Job Description/Responsibility

  • Supporting one of the largest infrastructure projects in Australia, the Internal Digital Comms Advisor will manage the delivery of this agency’s internal digital comms program, playing a crucial role in developing & implementing the strategy.

Experience Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience working in government or equally complex organisation.
  • Proven track record in delivering digital comms projects focused on intranet, including copywriting, proofing & editing.
  • Experience in website publishing.
  • Proven track record in managing the production processes of high profile, high quality digital content.
  • Ability to operate in a hands-on & strategic capacity in relation to the development of internal digital comms strategy & content.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.

Skills Requirements

  • Delivery of Intranet Implementation Project.
  • Reviewing content, writing & building new Intranet environment.
  • Develop & manage editorial, design & production of intranet comms.
  • Maintain key stakeholder relationships with crucial SMEs to ensure buy-in & traction across the board.
  • Ensure that the agency is represented in a professional, customer focused manner by maintenance of policies, procedures & guidelines for internal digital comms.
  • Write, edit & publish high quality digital content, in line with best practice & user experience guidelines.
  • Deliver & implement digital comms initiatives.
  • Managing expectations & ensuring traction on key issues across a large number of stakeholders, spread across multiple sites.
