Job Description/Responsibility


Our client is a multinational manufacturing company.


The HR Operations Lead will be required to perform the following functions:

  1. Direct talent acquisition activities to ensure best selection for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and economically and in accordance with Organisational policies and standard.
  2. Liaise with Managers to develop and implement targeted recruitment practices throughout the leadership pipeline.
  3. Translating HR strategy and developing practices and processes appropriate for the area of responsibility that enables effective people planning, so that current and future resourcing requirements are met, in terms of time, demographics and skills requirements
  4. Good understanding of Human Resources related systems and process management in order to support needs of the HR Value Chain:
    1. Employee Self Service
    2. Manager Self Service
    3. Recruitment
    4. Medical Screening
    5. Selection & Assessments
    6. Performance Management Processes
    7. Talent management Processes
    8. Learning & Development Processes
    9. Rewards & Recognition Processes
    10. Exit Interviews

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years operational experience in a relevant position

Education Requirements

  • HR Degree or 3 year diploma

Skills Requirements

The successful HR Operations Lead will ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • HR Degree or 3 year diploma
  • Post-graduate studies in related fields is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years operational experience in a relevant position
  • Strong HR systems experience
