Job Description/Responsibility

  • The ideal candidate will be highly organised, be able to hit the ground running, embrace the role and ensure a smooth flow for client, candidate and company departments. Experience in prioritising tasks is a must as is the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. The office manager role is a fast paced, multi-faceted and exciting role that will suit a person with the seniority of at least 5 years in a similar role with leadership ability.
  • You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments in a fast paced, friendly recruitment environment.
  • The role will see you liaising with corporate stakeholders, candidates and internal consultants on a daily basis and as such your breadth of experience, polished communication skills both verbal and written, will be called upon frequently.
  • Skillset:
  • High calibre communication skills- verbal & written
  • Advance level Microsoft office and Excel skills
  • Experience in generating PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
  • Driven with a professional outlook
  • Experience in creating company templates and policy

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Support of 3 Ethos BeathChapman Directors
  • Management and leadership of support team
  • Write company policies as and when required
  • Prepare end of quarter presentations for the MD
  • New starter setup and induction
  • Implement new system or process improvements

Skills Requirements

  • Contractor Co-ordination and Administration
  • Ongoing management of all contractors
  • Prepare and administer contractor & client agreements
  • Conduct contractor on-boarding
  • Data entry & management of new contractors into the CRM system
  • Data entry & maintaining of new contractors into the payroll portal
  • Create / update templates (e.g. contractor placement form, contractor agreements)
  • Assist the accounts team with payroll and general finance support
  • Monthly Client reporting
  • Coordination with client workforce team regarding contractor extensions
  • Requesting, monitoring and providing results for background checks to consultants and clients.
  • Monitoring the overall compliance for each contractor throughout the whole contract period.
