Job Description/Responsibility

My client based in the centre of London are looking for a highly energetic Business Development Executive to help drive their ever increasing membership sales.

The business Development Executive will be working within the Sales Team proactively sourcing potential members for The Club

The right candidate will be an 'in-the-know’ proactive sales professional, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and excellent account management skills.

We are looking for passionate people that have a real enthusiasm to deliver the very best quality whilst injecting some proactive rock and roll fun.

We are Looking for the perfect candidate who can take on these responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the BDM
  • Targeting individuals, small businesses and larger scale corporate organisations
  • Creating a strategic business plan
  • Working alongside the sales team to identify target clients and develop strategies for sales conversion
  • Building and developing strong relationships with potential members
  • Helping new members through the on boarding process
  • Liaising with other members of staff to ensure work targets are met
  • Building strategic partnerships to increase sales

  • Prior experience working in a sales background
  • A natural networker who thrives from social interaction
  • The ability to confidently communicate with people across various mediums
  • An extensive network in London, preferably with contacts in Art, Fashion, Media, Music PR and the Tech World
  • The ability to track and record sales efficiently
  • Passion and drive
