Job Description/Responsibility

About the Role:

This leading developer in the CBD is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to be part of their collaborative administration team!


As the face of the organisation, you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, assisting with general enquiries and providing quality assistance to the team as required. The role is to offer Reception support when needed but mainly Office Administration with a strong focus using MS Office Suites for daily tasks! Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and diverting to the relevant persons
  • Ensuring polite and friendly welcome at all times
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in and assisting to any queries
  • Supporting team members with administration needs and requirements
  • Mail distribution
  • Coordinate meeting rooms
  • General administration as required
  • Creating and formatting of documents and presentations
  • Assisting with the office social events and bookings

Skills Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, within Property/Real Estate preferred
  • Professional and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to work within a busy, fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office Suites is a must and Photoshop preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously on tasks
