Job Description/Responsibility

  • This position plays a key leadership role within the Policy and Planning branch for leading policy development and policy implementation across admitted and non-admitted hospital activity including: surgery, cardiac, emergency, trauma, specialist clinics and other statewide services. The role is responsible for strategic analysis of planning and performance data, research and evidence to understand the drivers of demand and performance and develop system wide solutions around access, appropriateness, safety and quality of public health services.
