Job Description/Responsibility

  • As a seasoned Talent Management Advisor, you will know how to build strategic relationships throughout the organisation and with external vendors in order to make sure planning falls in line with global and local expectations. In joining a dynamic and highly matrixed organisation, you will be expected as well to deliver trainings and learning opportunities to those in your portfolio with in the region.

Experience Requirements

  • Benefit from at least 10 years experience in HR business partnering and recent years of a talent management focus, within a financial institution

Education Requirements

  • Hold a degree in HR, management, business, or related field. Additional diplomas/certifications for trainings, coaching, or learning and development considered an advantage.

Skills Requirements

  • Hold a degree in HR, management, business, or related field. Additional diplomas/certifications for trainings, coaching, or learning and development considered an advantage.
  • Benefit from at least 10 years experience in HR business partnering and recent years of a talent management focus, within a financial institution.
  • Demonstrate experience of having worked in a regional role in APAC.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate and build relationships, and the ability to not only embrace, but thrive in change.
  • Act as a strong team player, though able to work autonomously and take decisions that benefit your stakeholders.
  • Advocate for organisational and people excellence, and develop industry trends and models that break the mould regionally.
