Job Description/Responsibility

The ideal candidate will need to establish personal credibility rapidly and identify the HR competencies to support business growth in the region with a hands-on approach to implementation.

In this newly created position, you will require:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 10 years' experience in full spectrum of Human Resource, preferably with experience in an independent HR function
  • Good knowledge in local labor laws, employment acts and statutory programs
  • Strong operational Human Resource experience
  • Mature, resilient, independent and resourceful
  • Possess excellent communication skills and people engagement abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
  • Multi-linguistic abilities, as there will be regular communication with stakeholders in China
