Job Description/Responsibility

  • Have to ensure proper implementation of policies, rules & regulations of the company.
  • Have to ensure the requirements of various license, certificate, Test report, Assessment.
  • Have to monitor the compliance personnel's activities.
  • Have to monitor, Implement & support different buyer code of conduct and various compliance issues.
  • Have to work to prevent the discrimination, Harassment, Abuse and establish the legal rights.
  • Have to motivate to employee on compensation and benefits systems.
  • Have to work to ensure healthy workplace, maintaining efficient operation of health, safety, hygiene & environment as per Bangladesh Labor law- 2006, Labor Roles-2015 and Buyer COC.
  • Have to monitor workers compensation, service benefit (I.A.) & employee's welfare schemes in such a way that the employees remain motivated and loyal to the company.
  • Have to conduct risk assessment for all departments/process/chemical.
  • Have to conduct root cause analysis for absenteeism & arrange
  • Motivational program for reduce absenteeism & migration.
  • Have to work as responsible for training to all Mid-level & workers regarding Health & Safety, Fire safety.
  • Handling all type of audit (Social Compliance, C-TPA, Technical)

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments

Education Requirements

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance/ PGDPM from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Skills Requirements

  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Should be capable to handle C-TPAT, GSV, SCAN, OCS, OEKO-TEX issues, dealing with buyer, third party auditor for different buyers.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and Amendment act -2013 & Labor Rules.
