We are hiring for Benefits Analyst role, Interested candidates can apply for this positions- Contractual role
1. Benefits administration - the main point of contact for employees and Third Party Administrators (TPA) on insurance. Managing claims and holding tpa accountable in timely closure and responsiveness
2. Program management of wellness - executing the calendar in coordination with external partners and internal stakeholders.
3. Acting as an escalation point for employees on benefit queries (outside of insurance) that come through from HR ops and acting as an SME for HR Ops team
4. Vendor administration including PO/PR as required for rewards team
