Job Description/Responsibility

  • Our client are a national firm situated in a modern office in Majura who have the opportunity for a part-time receptionist to join their team. Job sharing with another friendly receptionist, you will work initially on a three month contract with the opportunity for an extension and potential permanency.
  • The part-time hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 12:30pm to 5:00pm
  • You must also be flexible and able to cover the morning shift as required, which is 8:00am to 12:30pm.
  • As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact, therefore you will pride yourself on your excellent presentation and ability to communicate professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
