Job Description/Responsibility

  • This role is based in the CBD and it is part time- 2 days per week
  • The Position
  • As a member of the team, you will be directly responsible for conducting telephone-based conversations with employers about their recruitment experiences and recording your findings. You will need to be both curious in exploring the reasons behind these experiences and disciplined in ensuring the information you collect forms a valid and useful evidence base for our research.
  • You will work with the rest of the team to understand the implications of a wide range of data sources and synthesise this information with the data you collect in your conversations with employers. You will prepare reports on individual occupations for moderation, and you may be asked to draft material and ensure the accuracy of data for a range of other products that will assist Account Management Teams.
