Job Description/Responsibility

  • The Roles
  • Our client is a large health care organisation with multiple locations in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Due to a period of growth and restructure, they now have a number of positions available for experienced Customer Service Officers with a view to commence on a short term contract basis with as soon as possible. Working as a part of a supportive, friendly and high performing team, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering inbound calls from patients, business partners and other key stakeholders
  • Scheduling appointments and processing documentation as required
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Processing payments over the phone
  • Managing customer complaints by negotiating tailored solutions

Skills Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a customer service position, ideally within the healthcare or community services sectors.

More specifically, you will also be:

  • A positive and supportive team player
  • well spoken, with strong communications skills

  • flexible and able to manage multiple changing priorities
  • empathetic and confidential towards your customers/patients
  • tech savvy and able to use multiple systems/databases at once

Due to the nature of these roles a current police clearance, or the willingness to obtain one, and a drug and alcohol screening will be required.
