To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a customer service position, ideally within the healthcare or community services sectors.
More specifically, you will also be:
- A positive and supportive team player
- well spoken, with strong communications skills
- mature and solutions-focused at work
- flexible and able to manage multiple changing priorities
- empathetic and confidential towards your customers/patients
- tech savvy and able to use multiple systems/databases at once
Due to the nature of these roles a current police clearance, or the willingness to obtain one, and a drug and alcohol screening will be required.
