Job Description/Responsibility

  • Join our client as an inbound contracts and pricing administrator based in Brentwood, and you'll be the person responsible for the day to day inventory execution activities for a portfolio of products.
  • Key Purpose
  • To act as a point of contact for all BT people for the implementation, pricing and monitoring of telemarketing contracts. Designing, building and implementing tariffs to ensure our customers receive the charges/payments detailed in their contracts.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Implement various types of contracts to ensure all tariffs are correctly applied.
  • Administer and maintain the contract database to ensure accurate reporting of customer contracts.
  • Process /update requests for new tariffs. Calculations of financial penalties and payments.
  • Maintain and update the pricing database, building tariffs agreed with customers.
  • Provide weekly / monthly reports
  • Provide support to the inbound architect team via the phone or live chat.
  • We're looking for someone that can build a rapport and communicate with a wide range of different people and has the ability to work as part of a virtual team. An understanding of inbound systems and how they link together, knowledge of billing processes.
  • We have a fulltime shift available Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours paid a week. Flexibility is required within 08:00- 1800. Full training provided.
