Job Description/Responsibility

  • Are you an experienced Administrator/PA looking for your next role?
  • Advinia Healthcare are a growing, private healthcare provider, with 37 Nursing and Residential Homes across the UK.
  • A unique position has arisen for a Governance Administrator to support the Quality and Governance Manager, Heads of Department, Health and Safety Manager and Senior Management (and more) with their Administration requirements.
  • This role is 37.5 hours per week and is initially fixed term for 6 months. There will be a review of performance after 5 months and after that the role may become permanent.
  • You can be home-based or you can work in one of our nearest Nursing and Residential homes to your address.
  • You must be confident and have excellent communication skills. This is a very diverse role and you will be assisting with:
  • - Booking meeting rooms, travel and accommodation, events and conferences
  • - The implementation of a new compliance system
  • - Note taking in meetings
  • - Providing text, typing and Excel workbook service to Governance team as and when required
  • - Reports- ensuring all reports requested by the Governance team are completed and delivered in a timely manner
  • - Reporting incidents/accidents and complaints immediately to Head of Quality
  • - Coordinating stationery requirements for the Governance dept
  • - Maintaining personal up-to-date knowledge and attending all mandatory training
  • - Team meetings-you will be required to travel once or twice a month for meetings (there will be no overnight stay)
  • Strong IT skills are essential for this role, you must be fluent with Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
