Job Description/Responsibility

  • A fast paced, high volume, hands on sourcing / headhunting role placing mide to senior level roles in the FS / banking space. We are ideally looking for someone who has 3 plus years experience, solid stakeholder management skills and who can handle pace, volume and difficult stakeholders.
  • Line Manager Relationship management:

    • Maintain a strong understanding of the client structure, objectives, strategy, employer brand and key stakeholders
    • Provide credible and consultative advice and support to during the entire recruitment lifecycle
    • Providing regular market information from both internal and external sources

    Process and Procedure compliance:

    • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
    • Ensure compliance with all client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies etc)
    • Ability to develop and deliver recruitment strategies and ideas
    • Implement simple, effective and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes - ensure Recruitment Systems are accurate and up to date at all times
    • Be adept at producing and developing regular and meaningful MI reporting to both client and RS management

  • Ensuring the direct recruitment SLA's are met / or exceeded
  • Proactive sourcing against agreed role profiles, including developing market maps / market intelligence in conjunction with the Global Research Team
  • Source candidates with the Global Research Team via social media, networking, database, candidate portal on client website etc
  • Closing candidates on salary expectations and ensuring all aspects of the client cover sheet has been fully covered e.g. notice period, interviews, holidays etc and that the candidate fully understands the pre-employment Screening requirements of the client
  • Ensuring all KPI's are met e.g. candidates sourced, candidates interviewed, shortlisted, interviews and offers etc
  • Building proprietary direct talent pools for the Client utilising knowledge from the Resourcing Partner using the Recruitment Systems and CRM tools as appropriate
  • Ensuring that all candidate contact promotes the Client's employer brand
  • Providing regular updates to the Resourcing Partners on the strength of direct talent pools and sourcing progress against specific roles
  • Become an expert in the specialism recruited for and be able to converse confidently with prospective candidates on skillsets, technologies and projects in that specialism
  • Conducting telescreening and review of competencies, skills and experience as part of qualification process before submitting a shortlist to the onsite Resourcing Partner within the agreed timeframes
