Job Description/Responsibility

    This client is involved and does extensive outsource work for blue-chip brands mostly in the UK and USA. They do have some local clients as well. The focus is on the corporate and academic sector were solutions are customised using innovative solutions to suit client needs with a focus on the digital and cloud technology sectors.
  • Description
    Role:
    • As a Creative Director, your main role will be to drive the overall quality of the creative product whilst maintaining accountability to client objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    • Driving the process of partnering with project teams and clients to generate creative concepts that increase learner engagement.
    • Responsible for ensuring the creative concepts are executed to original brief.
    • Determining digital learning concepts, including campaigns, animations and multimedia, interactivities, games and apps, to best serve the client’s objectives.
    • Collaborating with the Business Development team to develop engaging, custom and innovative client pitches and demos.
    • Leading and supporting the production office with existing client concepts.
    • Be an active client liaison at a senior level, nurturing long-term partnerships by providing expert guidance and support.
    • Assuming a mentorship role to grow Junior, Mid-Weight and Senior Graphic Designers.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

Skills Requirements

  • An excellent creative portfolio showing award-winning campaigns executed across a variety of digital media.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency of design software essential (Adobe CS6: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience in HTML and CSS (advantageous).
  • Experience working with e-learning platforms such as Moodle LMS (advantageous).
  • Experience with rapid e-learning authoring tools i.e. Articulate Storyline; Captivate (advantageous).
