Job Description/Responsibility

  • Our Client, a well-known and one of the leading banks in Asia with Group comprises of listed companies worldwide, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as a Banking Sales Executives x 30 (Perm), Banking Roadshows

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage and improve personal performance to ensure individual target set by business unit is fulfilled.
    • Generate new business and promote bank facilities such as credit cards and personal loans via local sales promotions, presentations/seminars, roadshows
    • Provide good customer services before and after sales and maintain good relationship.
    • Ensure responsible lending – explain products clearly to customers and ensure they fully understand the commitments required for a loan & credit card
    • Ensure compliance with the Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations, and controls and procedures of the bank.
    • Comply with all application money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit

  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level, Diploma/ Degree with Direct Sales or relevant retail sales experience (IT Shows, etc)

Skills Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level, Diploma/ Degree with Direct Sales or relevant retail sales experience (IT Shows, etc)
  • Prior sales experience with the exposure to banking industry would be advantageous.
  • Self-motivation, tenacity, and strong integrity and ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, and enthusiasm with the ability to interact well with all levels.
  • Strong customer-centricity, external-focused, good follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
  • Enterprising business acumen and strong product conceptualization abilities.
  • Passion, have drive for sales and disciplined
