Job Description/Responsibility

  • Experience using HealthRoster(validation, updating, and maintenance)
  • Experience using ServiceNow 
  • Experience logging, monitoring and resolving support calls, email correspondence, and completion of administrative tasks within the allocated timeframes.  
  • Asses, action, and escalate incidents and requests as appropriate.
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service by delivering accurate information and advice
  • Participate in team On Call roster, meeting On Call requirements and participate in periodic release activities.
