Job Description/Responsibility

  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Information Manager to join the One Housing Group.

    Contract: Permanent
    Pay Rate: £50,000 - £55,000 per/annum
    Location: Camden

    Your duties will be the following:
    • Produce financial performance information, including capital monitoring reports and cash flow summaries, for the overall Development Programme as required
    • Provide management information for the Directors and Assistant Directors in relation to all development programme planning and control
    • Set up and document IT systems and procedures for financial and programme management within the Development Department
    • Adhere to One Housing policies, procedures and standards in all respects and recommend any improvement or enhancement thereto
    • Supporting the Department with financial modelling and risk analysis services for key projects

  • The ideal candidate will have:
    • Experience of using the GLA’s Open Project System (GLA OPs) and Homes England’s Investment Management System (IMS)
    • Experience of designing and producing performance indicators that measure business activities for senior executives
    • Knowledge of the Housing Sector
    • Excellent level of IT skills
