Job Description/Responsibility

  • To build on the expertise within the School of Health Sciences we are seeking to appoint a Teaching Fellow A or B for the Physician Associate Programme.

    Sitting within the University’s Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, the School of Health Sciences has achieved substantial success and is currently ranked 3rd by the Complete University Guide 2018 and 4th by the Times and Sunday Time Good University Guide 2018. The School is a leading provider of undergraduate and postgraduate education and is in the top 10 in the UK for research following the recent Research Excellence Framework assessment. Inaddition to this, we have been awarded Gold for our Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).

    The School is in an exciting period of development and opportunity with ambitious plans for the future that focus on the continuing development of excellence in teaching, building our international research profile and extending our clinical collaborations nationally and internationally. The School has a particular focus on integrated care and ensuring professional development to enable optimal health outcomes for individuals and our research is at the forefront of developing innovative technology for future healthcare delivery.
