Job Description/Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information.
  • Perform customer verification.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Manage customers accounts.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Record details of actions taken.
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts and weekends.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Face-to-Face Customer Support, Call Centre Supervision/Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Multinational Companies

Education Requirements

  • A Level/ Bachelor/ Master Degree from any discipline from reputed university.
  • Candidates with his/her O & A levels will be given preference.

Skills Requirements

  • Applicants should have smart Knowledge Take Challenge for Corresponding skill in English spoken, writing & Foreign correspondence
  • Computer skill Operation internet, e-mailing (Outlook), Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft power point.
