  • The Opportunity
  • We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to be a part of our Customer Services team within TfNSW. This role plays a key part in designing and developing the customer experience and other related products involving controlled car park access for our public transport users. This product aims to help TfNSW protect car parking spaces for genuine public transport commuters.
  • We are looking for an articulate, collaborative, and sharp individual who has experience in working with a wide range of technical and operationally diverse people across the portfolio, and influencing them to deliver optimal customer outcomes. As well as ensuring customer requirements and processes are identified, you will work with the Program Director to develop the business case, manage tender development & evaluation and the product delivery rollout across this high profile project.
  •  The successful candidate will join a diverse and collaborative team of Customer Experience professionals with specialist skills ranging from Design Anthropology, Lean Six Sigma, and Human Centred Design.  Cross team learning and support is built into the way we work and is formalised in weekly learning sessions.  Humour is a big past of our day, and key to our creativity.
  • This role reports to the Director, Customer Strategy and Experience Design, and has no direct reports
