We are looking for a hands- on, detail- oriented, analytical, and highly- motivated ad operations expert to help scale our growing advertising business. You will work with the Account management team to get a deep understanding of Amazon's display advertising products, develop technical/ operational capabilities, and be responsible for all aspects of ad operations.
Flawlessly execute end- to- end campaigns, liaising with key internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions
Maintain the highest standards around campaign setup and do a QA
Provide account team with screenshots confirming creative went live
Complete ad server and campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign, including go live workflows
Provide and verify campaign reporting
Serve as a source of market intelligence and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies
Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence
Billing and resolution of any financial issues
Experience of ad operations, online marketing and advertising
Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain
Ability to work cross- functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Masters(Master of Commerce (M.Com)) completed.
Additional Academic Requirements
UG: B.Com - Commerce
PG:M.Com - Commerce
3 - 7 years of experience is required.
Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
