The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide high level administration and organisational support to an Executive General Manager and two General Managers by undertaking a wide range of administrative, organisational and advisory duties, both complex and discrete, associated with the overall management and operation of the office and business unit.
Your key responsibilities in this pivotal and exciting role will include:
To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated experience working in a similar Executive Assistant role coupled with being a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail. You will have proven experience liaising with senior stakeholders, ability to deal appropriately with confidential information along with the maturity to manage competing priorities with quality delivery within a fast paced environment. Your superior interpersonal and time management skills and proven track record in building effective and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders will ensure your success in this position. Highly competent skills in Microsoft Office Suite will be essential.
