NAB Retail is the largest business within NAB’s Consumer Banking division. With over 5,400 people, our network of over 600 branches means our people are the face of NAB. In fact, over the past financial year over 2.6 million Retail customers have visited one of our branches seeking our support and guidance!
The role of Customer Advisor is the foundation opportunity to a start a long-term banking career. Our Advisors educate and engage our customers on smarter ways of banking which help make banking with NAB an awesome experience!
In this entry level Advisor role, you will be processing general transactions and completing activities for deposits, insurance and unsecured lending solutions, whilst being active on the branch floor. You will answer questions and educate customers – providing them with a better understanding of our products and services that may best fit their needs and referring them to Specialists and Business Partners when needed.
As a branch team you will work collaboratively to deliver NAB’s signature customer experience, all whilst seeing your own learning objectives met and preparing you to advance in your own career. In return, you will be supported by your leaders to become the best Banker you can be for our customers!
The role is being offered as a part-time position over approx. 12 hours per week: Tuesday to Friday 11.30am to 2.30pm.
Our retail roles are fast paced and require resilient, self-driven, customer-centric people who enjoy being able to create a great experience for all our customers! Whilst banking experience is advantageous, it’s not essential, thanks to our excellent on-boarding and supportive training programs.
