Directs the day-to-day activities of the culinary department. Supervises the Sous Chefs and other culinary personnel to achieve compliance in food preparation, presentation and quality. Assists with employee training and scheduling. Serves as Executive Chef in his/her absence.
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
