The Performance Commercial – CoE team is responsible for providing Commercial support to the Optus branded business with respect to month end performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis. It is responsible for supporting and advising senior management and product owners in the delivery of financial targets and business KPIs.
As the Commercial Manager – Postpaid & Device Mobile, you will be the primary point of contact for the business for all Commercial support of the Branded Postpaid P&L, Device and Subsidy management, providing strategic and tactical advice to stakeholders to ensure the delivery of Postpaid Mobile targets. You will also have one direct report, so your proven people leadership skills are important.

As a senior resource in the Performance CoE team, you will play a critical leadership role in the wider Commercial team by leading a team of one to deliver high quality business support, including reporting, analysis, forecasting.
This is a high-profile role with substantial exposure to Product/Directors, and Senior Executive management. You will work autonomously and will be required to work with senior management level on a day to day basis. The role will require strategic business planning and drive profitable commercial outcome with various levels of stakeholders. This will involve understanding of the Mobile market trend and business operation to ensure profitable commercial decisions are made across handset pricing, stock management and ARPU yield management impacting P&L performance to target.
