A proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and relational object and dimensional databases including: ORACLE, CLARITY, Excel, SharePoint etc. The ability to extract data and present it in a variety of formats e.g. spreadsheets, graphs, PowerPoint slides . A quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effectively. Data entry, creating data reports. Data auditing and monitoring all data for accuracy. Work with management team to achieve understanding of business data Designing, developing and implementing new functionality including complex formulae, database searches etc. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications Recommends controls by identifying problems; Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Monitors progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions Define reporting and alerting requirements Communicate key insights and findings to team Experience in analysing data to draw business- relevant conclusions Manipulating, cleansing and processing data using Excel Analysing raw data, drawing conclusions and developing recommendations Carrying out specified data processing and statistical techniques Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Supplying qualitative and quantitative data to colleagues and upper management Knowledge of MIS/ data warehouse applications.
