Here at Curve we are changing the world of money with an innovative product that helps our customers to spend, send, see and save better. We are currently going through a huge amount of growth and we are entering series B funding that will enable us to expand across Europe.
With this in mind out we are looking for a Founders Associate to work closely with our CEO & Founder Shachar Bialick and help drive our vision of re-bundling the world of money and moving banking to the cloud..
You will be thrown at different tasks and problems across the Company (for example, help identify new business opportunities, networking across industry events, being the voice of the CEO in agreed comms to the market and business, join investors and M&A meetings, financial modelling and more). This is amongst the most remarkable opportunity to be exposed and learn directly from one of the most talked about FinTech leaders in the UK and Europe. You will have the chance to walk away with first hand experience on what does it really mean to be an entrepreneur, how to build and scale a global startup, and make a name in a game-changing industry.
You will be a highly intelligent self-starter individual with an MBA from a world class institution. You have a self starting high achieving background with a passion for details, data, and modelling. You constantly see problems everywhere, and able to ideate solutions and act on them independently. You understand that brickwalls are there for a reason, and have proven again and again, through grit and perseverance that brickwalls are merely there for a reason - to prevent the unworthy ones from getting to the other side. You’re passionate about fin-tech, and hopefully the Curve brand You’re happy to go the extra mile, and deliver projects big or small. You’re not afraid to dissent, yet once agreed commit wholly. You will be highly organised and professional, with high work ethics.
