As the Change Management Specialist, you are responsible for the design and execution of marketing activities in the Business Owners Customer Engagement Squad. The role encompasses a heavy focus on the development and execution of compelling marketing communications strategy and campaign execution to achieve targeted commercial and/or customer satisfaction goals. This will predominantly use below the line and 1:1 targeted channels (anz.com, direct mail, email etc.) however as activity can be in support of leads programs and wider integrated campaigns a wider exposure and appreciation of above the line and channel marketing is also ideally required.
