PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Strategic planning and resource allocation which includes establishing operational processes, systematize objectives, policies and programs and set standards & targets. Analyze market, social, technical, legal and other data or trends and use these indicators in taking the most prudent decisions.
- Set operational and measurable performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals and monitor department performance against targets/goals to ensure that progress is being made
- Appraise the activities of the organization according to strategies and objectives and monitor and evaluate performance,
- Oversee the development and implementation of all organization activities to protect the funds invested and the interest of shareholders. Ensure the security and development of assets and resources,
- Authorize funds to implement policies, programs and business strategies,
- Establish line of control and delegate responsibilities to Department Heads/Line Managers,
- Conduct regular meetings with Department Heads/Line Managers to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is fine.
- Any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Minimum Qualifications:
- Business Graduation from any leading university. However, Candidate having B.Sc./ M.Sc. in IT/ Computer Science with MBA will be given preference.
- 12 years’ experience in the management position covering multiple industry exposure out of which at least 5 years in a leadership/operational role.
