  Position  

Manager, Risk Management Services

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Implement risk management framework in different development programme which will include risk measurement, identification, and monitoring the risks
  • Working across all programme levels of the organisation to understand cross-functional linkages and inter dependencies, as well as the implications of risk at both a strategic level and at the operational level
  • Prepare risk management report for the head of risk management and stakeholderse
  • Communicate risk strategy and policies by arranging meetings and seminars on risk management for the beneficiaries and stakeholders
  • Maintain to update mitigation plan in risk registers
  • Maintain and circulate meeting minutes and workshop information
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA/ BBA or any relevant subject with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience is required. Experience at risk management will be an added advantage

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Have knowledge on different programmes of development organization, basic knowledge risk
  • Have adequate knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT), staff training module Preparation
  • Have excellent communicative and interpersonal skill, patience to listen to problems, interest on travelling
  Salary and benefits  

Salary Range: Negotiable
