Position: Brand Executive

Job Description/ Responsibility:

• Prepare brand objective, plan, strategy, activity grid etc.
• Prepare yearly campaign calendar and budget.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Direct activity in seasonal promotional works likely advertising in print media, postering and seminar.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Develop all sorts of illustrations, packet designs through creative agencies.
• Deal with creative and advertising agency to attain the job as per brief from the company and to make sure company's image and values are followed.
• Prepare presentation of business plan on monthly basis and submit the evaluation report of previous month's business performance.
• Deal with Media communication such as electronic media, print media, outdoor and indoor branding etc.
• Conduct all consumer activation, event management, merchandizing campaigns, distributors meet, customers meet, CSR activity etc. for the better of the business.
• Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
• Anything necessary or relevant for the job & any other assignments given by management.

Educational Requirements:

• MBA (Marketing)/ Master in Marketing from reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of experience is required. Fresher can also apply.
