Job Context

  • This is an entry level role which requires to assist in Human Resource Management function in day to day HR support across the organization including total payroll management, supporting training & development initiatives, maintaining employee records & reinforcing employee engagement. The person is morally responsible for creating state of the art working environment for the employees & attracting talents in the market.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Maintain regular attendance checking, compiling leave statements and also excess hours statements.
  • Processing Salary & OT at the month end.
  • Full & Final Settlement of Employees.
  • Check, update & maintain leave register.
  • Updating payroll software on a daily basis.
  • Support new joiners for opening bank account & for subscribing to PF.
  • Check & Maintain other documents required in Audit.
  • Support in employee engagement for reinforcing relationships.
  • Assist HR team in recruiting & OD if required
  • Maintains employee confidence and keeps payroll information confidential.
  • Updated employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
  • Support HR team in organizing training for employees
  • Interpreting and advising on employment law;
  • Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff;
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • Developing HR metrics with team that demonstrates the growth & advancement & ROI against HR investments

Job Nature

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in Human Resources is an advantage.

Job Requirements:

  • Age 24 to 30 year(s)
  • Knowledge on payroll software.
  • Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.
  • Inter-personal Communication/ Flexibility.
  • Process Orientation.
  • Strong work ethics
  • Eye for details.
  • Strong ethics, confidentiality management and reliability
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits) & basic understanding of Labor Laws

Job Location: Dhaka, Narayanganj..

Salary Range: Negotiable.
