Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Provide feedback about the performance of the field force to the Supervisor.
• Proper maintenance of sales force files as per need of the business.
• Build up relationship with distribution, sales and marketing team of Fertilizer.
• Provide necessary support to the field force and head office employees.
• Receive and deliver mails, receive messages from customers, field forces and other sources and communicate to the respective persons to take necessary action.
• Check the field force monthly, quarterly product incentive as per guide line and pass to Finance Department after approval.

We Require BBA/MBA in any discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business support activities will be preferred. Age not more than 30. Interest to build career in agribusiness sector.	We Offer Professional working environment. Competitive compensation package. Performance based career path.
