Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop sustainable business models for BRAC
Education Programme and ensure overall guidance of the projects
successfully across the country
Lead to design and develop market competitive sales and marketing plans
Forecast processes/ systems to proactively address opportunities and risks
Be a results-driven and resourceful manager with ability to develop
and strengthen functional teams in order to maximize profitability and
efficiency of all units of BRAC Education programme
Lead to enhance the effectiveness of BRAC primary, Pre-primary,
Secondary, Early Child Care and Shishu Nikaton and uphold the renown
in the target market
Provide strategic input on successive year revenue and expenditure
budget for all Income generating projects under business model
Create and maintain liaison with national and international stakeholders and hold policy dialogues
Ensure synchronization among sponsors of BRAC, government agencies and other partners
Ensure resource allocation in line with strategic objectives
Provide intensive supervision and guidance to achieve efficient outcomes
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree major in
education/economics/ business development study from any recognised
university with minimum all second class / division or equivalent GPA /
CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA
2.50 is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
- At least 10 years’ experience in relevant National or International business or development organization
