Job Description/Responsibility:

  • Conduct TNA
  • Prepare training calendar
  • Develop, implement and monitor training programs within the organization.
  • Supervise technical training for worker & staff.
  • Provide assistance in classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
  • Provide performance feedback.
  • Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.

Education Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA major in HRM with an excellent track record from reputed University
  • Any third class not allowed
  • PGDHRM will add extra advantage

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Training & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age 23 to 30 year(s)
  • Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Smart in situation handling.
  • Presentable, target oriented, good communicator, willing to develop career in garments industry and self-confident.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
  • Basic computer skills with specialization in MS office applications.
